Top Chef – All Stars Exit Interview

  1. Pure class in defeat. It is more important to be a winner in life than a winner on a TV show. Continued success, you deserve it.

  3. It’s hard to stay classy when you’re under so much stress (and when editors can choose how to show you), but you definitely did — I hope to enjoy your food someday!
Best of luck to you achieving whatever you aspire to, be it professional or personal…

  4. I think it goes without saying, you didn’t deserve the kick. I think it was a decision made to create controversy to stir up internet chatter and maybe boost ratings. It was a dishonest, cynical decision on the part of the judges. It also goes without saying, the show has been good to you and opened doors that , otherwise, wouldn’t have been opened, so, I suppose, there is that. Success (without obnoxiousness) is the best revenge.

  5. I loved the way you stood by your dish until the end even though you were not responsible for the execution at the end and the presentation. From that episode, it was obvious to me who should have gone home (J****), and I was really suprised and sad to see you leave! You will have a wonderful career ahead of you regardless of some TV show!

  8. I am a 12 year old and live in SF. You were my favorite contestant this season. I hope you open a restuarant in the bay area sometime and I will be sure to stop by. Also, 2 bad dishes are worse than one!

  10. You were my favorite contender, so sad to see you go. Then today I was so happy to see you at our local DMV! What a surprise, you were so kind, and it was fun to chat for a minute with you. You made my day! Can’t wait to eat your food! I’ll be checking your blog to see where you end up. Good luck here!
